Description
CRC Food Grade Dielectric Grease is a non-curing silicone compound used to seal, lubricate, protect and insulate electrical components. CRC lists it for electrical panels, outdoor lighting, transformers, disconnects, switching mechanisms, electrical contacts, battery terminals and spark plugs, and states it waterproofs electrical connections. It is NSF registered H1 for use in food-processing environments. This is the 284 g aerosol can (283 g net fill).
The Safety Data Sheet (WHMIS 2015) classifies it as aerosol Category 1 (extremely flammable aerosol, pressurized container), with skin and serious eye irritation, respiratory tract irritation, drowsiness or dizziness, aspiration hazard and harmful to aquatic life, signal word Danger. Spray in a well-ventilated area away from ignition sources and wear gloves and eye protection. Sold per can.
