Description
Devcon Epoxy Plus 25 is a grey, rubber-toughened, high-viscosity structural epoxy with a 25-minute working time, which leaves room to position larger parts before the bond starts to set. The maker lists it for bonding metals, thermoset plastics and structural parts, and for repairs on items such as appliances. It is supplied in a 50 mL 1:1 dual cartridge and needs a compatible dual-cartridge dispensing gun and mixing nozzle to apply.
The Safety Data Sheet classes the resin as a skin and eye irritant and possible skin sensitizer (Warning). The hardener carries a Danger signal word: harmful if swallowed or in contact with skin, causes severe skin burns and eye damage, and is suspected of damaging fertility or the unborn child. Wear gloves, protective clothing and eye or face protection, and read the Safety Data Sheet before use.
