Description
This Norton Gemini wheel is a Type 27/42 depressed-center wheel in aluminum oxide, made for right-angle grinders. Norton lists it as a 6 in (152 mm) wheel, 3/32 in (2.4 mm) thick, with a 7/8 in (22.2 mm) arbor hole and a coarse 30 grit, under the Gemini Stainless specification. Norton describes the Gemini line as an economical aluminum oxide range with a durable bond for consistent cut rates and good wheel life.
For right-angle grinders only, with the guard in place. Never exceed the maximum speed marked on the wheel (Norton lists 10,185 RPM for this size) or your grinder's rated speed, and wear eye, face and hearing protection. Inspect the wheel for damage before each use. Confirm suitability for your material with Norton and check the applicable CSA or ANSI requirements. Sold individually (Norton's standard pack is 25).
