Description
The Slime 2020-A is a dial tire pressure gauge with a dual-head chuck that can be pressed or pulled onto a Schrader valve stem, plus a flexible braided hose for reaching valves set deep behind wheels. The dial reads 10 to 160 psi and also shows kPa and bar, which covers the higher pressures found on light trucks, SUVs and RVs. A shock-resistant rubber housing surrounds the dial, and a reset button on the stem returns the needle to zero.
The reset button also works as a bleeder valve to release air if a tire is overinflated. For the most consistent reading, Slime advises checking pressure when tires are cold. Follow the vehicle or tire maker's recommended pressure. Slime shows a California Proposition 65 lead warning on its product page. Sold as one gauge.
