Description
The Walter ENDURO-FLEX 15R604 is a Type 27 flap disc from Walter's 15-R series, built for angle grinders working on steel and stainless steel. Walter highlights its self-sharpening zirconia alumina grain, its ECO-TRIM backing that can be trimmed back to expose fresh grain and, according to Walter, extend disc life by up to three times, and its MAX LIFE cold-cured glue. It suits blending welds, grinding, finishing, deburring and cleaning. This 6 in (152 mm) disc is 40 grit with a 7/8 in (22.2 mm) arbor hole.
Always use a back flange and the grinder guard, wear eye, face and hearing protection, and never exceed the maximum speed marked on the disc (Walter lists 10,200 RPM) or your grinder's rated speed. Sold per disc; Walter's standard pack is 10 discs.
