Description
The 3M X2A is an over-the-head earmuff with slim ear cups and a twin headband made of plastic-coated stainless steel wire. The cups carry yellow colour-coding and the ear cushions are foam. Cushions and foam inserts can be replaced (sold separately as a hygiene kit).
Per the 3M X Series data sheet, the X2A has a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 24 dB and a CSA Class A rating, and weighs 7.76 oz (about 0.22 kg). Hearing protectors must be selected, fitted and used according to the 3M instructions and with the advice of a safety professional. Sold individually, one earmuff.
