The Blair 14648 is a 1-1/2 in Holcutter hole cutter made of precision-ground M2 high speed steel (HSS). Per the manufacturer, it is designed for cutting holes in materials up to 1/8 in thick and mounts on the Blair 14609 arbor using a Quad-Lead thread system, described as easy on and easy off.
The cutter requires the 14609 Holcutter arbor, which is sold separately. Made in the USA, per the manufacturer. Sold as a single cutter.
