Description
Single Diablo type 27 (depressed-center) grinding disc, 4-1/2 in (115 mm) in diameter, 1/4 in (6.4 mm) thick, with a 7/8 in (22.2 mm) arbor hole. The bonded disc uses an aluminum oxide abrasive blend for removing material and smoothing metal, such as cleaning up welds.
Intended for angle grinders on steel, stainless steel, cast iron and sheet metal. The maker also describes it as reinforced for hand-held cut-off work and suited to hard-to-reach areas. Wear eye and face protection, and mount the disc only on a compatible 4-1/2 in angle grinder whose speed does not exceed the disc’s maximum rpm.
