Description
The J-B Weld 31310 (clear) and 31319 (black) are general purpose RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) silicone sealants and adhesives, supplied in a 3 oz (85 g) tube. Sold one tube at a time; choose the colour as the variant.
According to J-B Weld, the silicone cures with moisture from the air and forms a waterproof seal on most surfaces, with a set time of 1 hour and a full cure in 24 hours. J-B Weld describes both versions as mold and mildew resistant; the clear version dries clear and the black version dries black. Follow the manufacturer directions for use: clean and dry the surface, apply a continuous 1/4 in bead and assemble while the silicone is wet.
