Description
The Klein Tools 11063W Katapult is an automatic wire stripper and cutter in a cast alloy chassis. A single squeeze grips the wire and pulls off up to 1 in of insulation, which makes it a practical bench and field tool for electricians.
It is listed for 8-20 AWG solid and 10-22 AWG stranded conductors, and the built-in cutter handles solid wire up to 8 AWG. An internal spring reopens the jaws after each strip. The tool is not insulated and must not be used on or near live electrical circuits.
