Description

LPS KB 88 is a red, low-surface-tension penetrating oil made to work into corroded threads and free rusted or seized nuts, bolts, hinges and other fasteners. LPS also says it displaces moisture, and the can has an Inverta spray valve so it can be sprayed at any angle. Typical uses include equipment disassembly, bearings, chains, conveyors, gears, pulleys and plumbing fixtures. This listing is the 369 g (13 wt oz) aerosol can.

The Canadian Safety Data Sheet classifies the aerosol as Flammable aerosol Category 1, Gas under pressure (compressed gas) and Aspiration hazard Category 1, signal word Danger: extremely flammable, may explode if heated, and may be fatal if swallowed and enters the airways. Do not spray on a flame or ignition source, do not pierce or burn the can, and keep it below 50 °C (122 °F). If swallowed, call a poison centre or doctor immediately and do not induce vomiting.
