Description
Lucas Engine Oil Stop Leak is an additive made from Lucas additives and base stocks to help stop oil leaks in worn engines. Lucas says it renews worn seals, gaskets and o-rings, reduces engine noise and oil consumption, and raises oil pressure, and that it contains no harmful solvents. It is compatible with petroleum, semi-synthetic and full synthetic motor oils and can be used in gasoline and diesel engines. This listing is the 946 mL (1 quart) bottle.
Lucas gives a treatment of 20 % of the system capacity, for example one quart of stop leak to four quarts of motor oil. It is also listed for stopping leaks in automatic transmissions, hydrostatic transmissions and hydraulic systems at about 10 %.
