Description
Lucas Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer is a petroleum-based oil supplement that Lucas describes as a blend of pure lubricating fluids. It clings to metal surfaces and leaves a lubricating film after the engine or equipment is shut off. Lucas says it blends with all lubricants, including synthetics, and raises viscosity at all temperatures. It is used in engines, manual transmissions, transfer cases, differentials and industrial gearboxes. This listing is the 946 mL (1 quart) bottle.
Lucas gives these treatment ratios: 10 to 20 % of the oil in most engines (up to one quart per gallon of engine oil), 20 to 30 % in manual transmissions and transfer cases, 10 to 20 % in differentials, and 20 % in industrial gearboxes for preventive maintenance. The Canadian Safety Data Sheet states that the product is not classified under GHS. Read the Safety Data Sheet before use. Sold per bottle.
