Description
The Olfa SK-14 is a semi-automatic, self-retracting safety knife with an all stainless steel body. Per the manufacturer, the spring-activated blade retracts when it is lifted from the cutting surface, and the blade can be flipped for right- or left-handed use.
The manufacturer describes a paint-free stainless steel design with flush vents for cleaning, a fully metal-detectable blade and components, a rounded blade tip and a lanyard hole for storing or tethering. It comes preloaded with a stainless steel rounded-tip dual-edge safety blade, with a stated cutting depth of 0.56 in (14.5 mm), and blade changes are tool-free. Sold as a single knife.
