Description
Single Simpson Strong-Tie Titen HD THD50612H screw anchor, 1/2 in (12.7 mm) in diameter and 6-1/2 in (165 mm) long, supplied as one piece. It is a zinc-plated carbon-steel concrete screw with a hex-washer head, driven into a drilled hole with a 3/4 in (19 mm) socket, and the serrated tip is designed to cut its own thread in the base material.
Used to fix sill plates, ledgers, steel brackets and equipment bases to concrete or masonry. The maker lists it for dry interior environments only and does not recommend it for permanent exterior use or highly corrosive conditions. Installation must follow the manufacturer’s instructions and the requirements of your project.
