Description
Single Simpson Strong-Tie Titen Turbo TNT25234TF concrete and masonry screw, 1/4 in (6.4 mm) in diameter and 2-3/4 in (70 mm) long, with a 6-lobe flat head driven with a T30 bit. It is sold per piece (individually), not by the box. The thread includes a channel that gives drilling dust somewhere to go, which the maker says reduces binding while driving.
It goes into a 3/16 in (4.8 mm) pre-drilled hole made with a standard carbide bit, and is meant for fixing wood, track, furring and similar items to concrete or masonry in dry interior locations.
