Description
LPS DETEX Food Grade Chain Lubricant is an aerosol chain oil for conveyors, racks, carts and open drives in food plants. It sprays as a foam that works its way into chain links, bushings and pins, then leaves a water-resistant oily film so the lubricant stays on the chain instead of slinging off. It carries an NSF H1 registration (No. 132899) for incidental food contact. This listing is the 340 g (12 wt oz) can.
The Canadian Safety Data Sheet (WHMIS 2023) classifies the aerosol as Flammable aerosol Category 2 and Skin irritation Category 2, signal word Warning. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flames, never spray on a flame, do not pierce or burn the can, and store below 50 °C (122 °F). Wear protective gloves and read the Safety Data Sheet before use. Sold per can.
