Red N Tacky is a bright red, tacky complex grease of NLGI grade 2, carrying the NLGI GC-LB rating for wheel bearings and chassis. Lucas positions it for agricultural, automotive and general industrial lubrication, with particular mention of sliding surfaces and open gears, and its data sheet reports a four-ball weld point of 500 kgf and a low water wash-out loss. This 1 lb tub suits farm equipment, fleet garages and maintenance crews who grease by hand or with a gun.
Under the Canadian Safety Data Sheet this grease is a skin sensitizer, Category 1 (H317), and a suspected reproductive toxicant, Category 2 (H361), signal word Warning.
