Description
Permatex Penetrating Grade Threadlocker Green is a low-viscosity anaerobic liquid that wicks between the threads of fasteners that are already assembled, so there is no need to take the joint apart. Permatex lists it for adjustment screws, alternator and clamp bolts, and for sealing porosity in welds, castings and brazed joints up to 0.13 mm (0.005 in). It suits fasteners from #2 to 1/2 in (2.2 to 12 mm). This is the 6 mL tube.
The Safety Data Sheet classifies the product as a skin irritant (Category 2), serious eye damage hazard (Category 1), carcinogen (Category 1B) and repeated-exposure target organ toxicant (Category 2), with the signal word Danger. Wear eye and face protection and gloves, obtain special instructions before use and read the Safety Data Sheet. Not recommended for plastics. Sold per tube.
