The Blair 14609 is a Holcutter arbor with Quad-Lead thread. Per the manufacturer, it fits HSS Holcutters from 11/16 in to 3 in, and the Quad-Lead thread makes the cutting tools easy to put on and take off.
The manufacturer states that the set includes the arbor, a hex washer and a pilot drill (14610), and that it fits drill chucks of 3/8 in or larger. Made in the USA, per the manufacturer. Sold as a single arbor set.
