Description
Single DeWalt Smart DI+ 6306SD-PWR internally threaded drop-in anchor, sold each (one piece). It is a zinc-plated carbon steel anchor for 3/8 in (9.5 mm) threaded rod or bolts (3/8-16 UNC), set in a 1/2 in (12.7 mm) hole with a minimum embedment of 1-9/16 in (40 mm). The Smart DI design is described by the maker as taking less effort to set than a traditional drop-in anchor.
Intended by the maker for solid concrete, hard stone and solid block, for uses such as suspended conduit, pipe supports, cable trays, strut and formwork. The anchor is set with a DeWalt manual setting tool or the Smart DI system (setting tools and drill bits are sold separately). Installation must follow the manufacturer’s instructions and the requirements of the project.
