Description
The Knipex 08 21 145 is a 145 mm needle-nose combination plier for installation and repair work. The manufacturer highlights its slim head with pointed, anti-twist jaws for confined areas, and a high-leverage joint for easier cutting.
The cutting edges are induction-hardened to approx. 61 HRC and cut soft, medium-hard and hard wire; the manufacturer lists medium-hard wire up to Ø 3.0 mm, hard wire up to Ø 2.0 mm and stranded copper cable up to 16.0 mm². One gripping surface has a convex contour for flat parts, and a milled groove holds and pulls small parts such as nails, pins and bolts. Handles with a plastic coating. Sold as a single tool.
