Description
The MSA V-Gard slotted cap in black uses a Fas-Trac III ratchet suspension. MSA lists it to ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 and CAN/CSA Z94.1-2015, and its V-Gard cap technical sheet describes a Type I, Class E helmet with a high-density polyethylene shell containing a UV inhibitor.
Inspect before each use and replace the helmet after any impact. MSA recommends replacing the suspension after no more than 12 months and the shell after no more than five years of use. Sold each.
