Description
The OTC 4556 is a heavy-duty oil filter wrench for filters from 4-21/32 to 5-5/32 in (118 to 131 mm) in diameter, per the manufacturer. It has a 1-1/2 in wide steel band and is used with a 1/2 in drive ratchet or breaker bar (not included).
This is a band-type hand tool that is turned with a separate 1/2 in drive tool. Sold as a single wrench.
