Description
The OTC 4560 is a small pair of adjustable oil filter pliers, 13-1/2 in long. Per the manufacturer, it has forged jaws with sure-grip teeth and a slip-joint ratchet and lock mechanism that gives a secure grip on filters from 2-1/4 to 5 in (57 to 127 mm) in diameter.
