Description
The OTC 4561 is a large pair of adjustable oil filter pliers, 18 in long. Per the manufacturer, it has forged jaws with sure-grip teeth and a slip-joint ratchet and lock mechanism that gives a secure grip on filters from 3-3/4 to 7 in (95 to 178 mm) in diameter.
