The Proto J3713MT is a 13 mm x 14 mm double-ended 12-point flare-nut wrench with a satin finish. Per the manufacturer, the 12-point flare-nut box ends allow fine indexing, helping to improve speed and access, and the wrench fits 4, 6 and 12-point fasteners.
