Description
The Proto JSCVM09 is a 9 mm reversible ratcheting combination wrench with a spline box end, an anti-slip design open end and a black chrome finish. Per the manufacturer, the switch lever allows easy changes in turning direction, and the 15° angled offset box end helps keep the shank clear of obstructions.
The manufacturer states that the spline wrench can be used on metric 4, 6 and 12 point, spline and Torx fasteners, and that the box ends and switch levers are chrome-vanadium. Sold as a single tool.
