Description
Single SharkBite Max UR23037CA straight stop valve with a 1/2 in push-to-connect inlet and a 3/8 in OD compression outlet. The body is chrome-plated brass and the valve is a quarter-turn, full-port ball type, so a 90-degree turn of the handle opens or closes the supply to a fixture.
Meant for stub-outs that come up out of the floor, to shut off the water to a faucet, toilet or appliance without closing the whole line. The inlet takes PEX, copper, CPVC, PE-RT or HDPE SDR-9 pipe with no soldering, crimping or glue, and the maker lists a rating of 160 °F and 125 psi.
