Single Simpson Strong-Tie Titen Turbo TNT18214H concrete and masonry screw anchor, 3/16 x 2-1/4 in (4.8 x 57 mm), in carbon steel with zinc plating and a baked-on ceramic coating. It has a hex head and is sold per piece, not by the pack. A torque reduction channel in the thread gives drilling dust somewhere to go, so the screw is less likely to bind in the hole.
