Description
The Starrett 98-6 is a 6 in (150 mm) machinists level with a ground and graduated main vial and a cross test vial. It is sold without a case.
Per the manufacturer, the base has an involute groove running its length to give a reliable seat on round work, and the vials are adjustable to a positive setting and housed in a satin-finished brass tube with a friction-fit closing cover to prevent breakage.
