Channellock 209 oil filter and PVC pliers, 9 in (229 mm) long, built on the tongue-and-groove pliers design with specially shaped jaws. The jaws adjust from 1-3/4 to 3 in (44 to 76 mm), which suits most car and small-engine oil filters as well as PVC fittings and conduit.
