Description
The Knipex 44 11 J2 is a 7-1/4 in internal snap ring pliers with solid, straight, non-slip tips, made for installing or removing circlips in bore holes. The manufacturer lists it for bores from 3/4 in to 2-23/64 in (marked 19-60 mm on the tool), and states that the tips are forged as one part of the tool.
Per the manufacturer, the pliers body and tips are chrome vanadium steel, forged and oil-hardened, with plastic-coated handles; tip width is 5/64 in. Designed to DIN 5256 C. Sold as a single tool.
