Description
The Knipex 46 11 A0 is a 5-1/2 in external snap ring pliers with solid, straight, non-slip tips, made for installing or removing circlips on shafts. The manufacturer lists it for shafts from 1/8 in to 25/64 in (marked 3-10 mm on the tool), and states that the tips are forged as one part of the tool.
Per the manufacturer, the pliers body and tips are chrome vanadium steel, forged and oil-hardened, with plastic-coated handles; tip width is 1/32 in. Designed to DIN 5254 A. Sold as a single tool.
