Description
Permatex Ceramic Extreme is a purple, synthetic-base brake parts lubricant paste containing ceramic solids. Brake and fleet technicians apply it to caliper pins, sleeves, bushings, pistons, long and short bolts and pad backing plates to keep moving hardware lubricated and to help quiet pad noise. This is the 236 mL (8 fl oz) brush-top bottle.
The Safety Data Sheet states the product is not classified as hazardous under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard and carries the signal word Warning with general handling statements. Keep the lubricant off pad friction surfaces and rotors, clean parts first and read the SDS before use. Not recommended for pure oxygen or oxygen-rich systems. Sold per bottle.
