Description
The Proto J7176P is a 6 in impact extension with a 3/8 in drive. According to the manufacturer, extensions like this give access to fasteners in locations that would otherwise be difficult to reach, and the male square is oriented in line with the female squares for use with fixed head torque wrenches.
Per the manufacturer, the drive end has a full chamfer, where applicable, and four detents for quick positive engagement on any of the socket drive walls. The size is stamped on the tool and there is a side locking hole. Black oxide finish. Sold as a single extension.
