Description
The RIDGID 40617 is the model 101 close quarters tubing cutter, a short hand cutter for tubes from 1/4 to 1-1/8 in (6 to 28 mm). Its compact body is made for restricted spaces where a standard cutter cannot swing around the tube, such as between studs, behind fixtures or beside other pipework.
RIDGID designs it for small-diameter hard and soft copper, aluminium, brass and plastic tubing. It uses the E-3469 standard cutter wheel. Sold as a single cutter, it suits plumbers and maintenance crews who regularly work in cramped areas.
